SHIPPING
Aotearoa Domestic Shipping
dekan is located on the Tutukaka Coast, Aotearoa. Standard shipping is sent via track and trace.  We do our best to dispatch same day or next business day, however please allow up to two business days for dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email straight after your purchase and another once your parcel has been dispatched with your track and trace number. Delivery can generally be expected within 3 working days of being dispatched.
 
International Shipping
Australian orders are sent via NZ Post with track and trace, a tracking number will be sent upon dispatch.
 
RETURNS
Transit Breakage
All of your orders are checked prior to being shipped, if your package arrives to you and has been broken along the way please take a photo and email this along with an explanation and the proof of purchase to customercare@dekan.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. 
If a product does arrives to you broken or damaged we are happy to send out a replacement, however we will need photographs of the damage and the item may need to be returned.
 
Change of Mind Returns
Due to the nature of this store we do not accept returns on 'change of mind' returns,  please choose carefully.
 
Faulty Items
If you find an item to be faulty please email us on customercare@dekan.co.nz as soon as you notice. Your diffuser comes with a 12 month warranty on electrical hardware, however this is not covered if your diffuser is overfilled resulting in the electronics being wet - we ask that the machine is returned at the customers expense for inspection.
 
Return Costs
Any costs for returning faulty items will not be covered by dekan, getting the goods back to us is the customers responsibility.  If you are sending an item back to us we highly recommend getting this item tracked as we do not assume responsibility for lost packages and can not carry out your return. 
If upon receiving the item we find it to be faulty we will happily send you a replacement and cover the shipping costs to get it to you.
